MENU External Climate Assessment
In 2021, executed a process to evaluate the overall culture and climate in the Division.
The CSE Climate Assessment Committee (CLASS) was formed in Spring 2021 and charged with organizing and overseeing a review of the overall culture and climate in the Division of CSE. The climate assessment was led by a third party, Giffen & Kaminski.
The Division responded with a plan for improving climate and a summary of ongoing initiatives in December, 2021.
